From day one of contacting A3A they have kept us up to date with the progress of the install, there prices are fair with no hidden charges, they support you completely through the process and offer an after care service and maintenance package. There install team work in a clean and tidy manner with Health and Safety in mind at all times, a great company led by professional people.

We had a great experience, as our house setup was not very straightforward. We needed more guidance as to what was the best product how would we go about getting it it installed and if it was possible for us to have fast charging. They came out to look at our property and gave us all the information that we needed and we paid a deposit and the work was done completed within a couple of weeks. Andrew came out and showed us how it all worked and helped us with the app on my phone. we did have an issue with a broken bracket, but Andrew sorted this all out and got a new one one put on within a couple of days. I am very glad that I chose a 3A energy to do the work. Once we had paid the full amount after the work was completed, they sent us our electrical certificate documentation.

As part of our Goal13 climate action initiative we introduced electric company vehicles, we therefore required somewhere to charge them. This is where we partnered with A3A Energy to install and manage the electric charging bays at our Head Office. Andrew and Mark met with us to understand our needs, installation was straightforward, and we were up and running very quickly. We have since asked A3A to manage other sites expanding our charging network, accessed all with the single app. I would highly recommend A3A Energy.
